Her work has not only targeted Lebanese communities but also extended support to Palestinian and Syrian refugees, reflecting her dedication to addressing diverse and pressing social challenges. Also, Dounya holds a degree in Political Science and a degree in Social Animation, laying a solid foundation for her career in social development. Joseph has more than seven years of experience in financial accounting. He oversees finances and accounting for DOT Lebanon, and also manages human resources.
Before joining DOT, Joseph worked for Gestcom International, where he served as an accountant and handled financial auditing for the company.
Joseph has a degree in accounting from La Sagesse Technical Institute in Beirut.
Mariam has 11 years of experience in education and previous experience as a programmer. She joined DOT Lebanon from Little Village School, where she was the head of the business and mathematics department. In addition to her work as a teacher, Mariam has been a manager and computer lab coordinator.
Mariam is the founder and managing director of EDUTEK, a STEM education enterprise in Bekaa. She is a graduate of the Arab Women Entrepreneurship program, a TechWomen alumnae, a Technovation Lebanon Regional Ambassador, and an active member of LLWB and ArabWic.
Mariam has a degree in computer science and engineering from the American University of Science and Technology. She is currently completing a master’s degree in management information systems.
Mohammad Abdallah has worked in the field of education as an instructor and a trainer for more than 10 years. He organizes scientific and educational festivals, exhibitions, and workshops, and also manages an interactive science project titled "The Magic of Physics."
Mohammad is an administrator and instructor at the Lebanese Red Cross, working in the field of emergency medical services, disaster management, and public safety. He is an active member in a number of non-governmental organizations.
Mohammed holds a bachelor's degree in physics from the Lebanese University.
